Ocean Blue Tattoo studio provides a professional and clean work environment that utilizes the latest state of the art sterilization procedures. We don't hang flashes around our studio because Our tattoo artists would rather customize each design so your personal preferences can make your tattoo unique and very personal to you. Bring down your own "Unique Tattoo Idea", and let us color your world onto your skin. You also can bring in your own drawing, prints or photos for us to use as a reference or inspiration for your art piece. The tattoo shop is located just a few blocks south of the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. We are in the same building as the Eagles Club. Our customers and their friends are welcome to enjoy food and drinks at the club while they wait. In our studio all soft drinks and cookies are free of charge. We also have a patio for smoking.
